National Day...

hmm... HAPPY BDAY S'PORE!!! u r 40 yrs old now... all the best wishes for the future... guo tai ming an, feng tiao yu shun... today was quite event-packed for me... shall update abt it... haha... morn went for a roti-prata meal wif my family... haha... but the curry is really lousy... almost like no taste at all... den afternn abt 4 plus went over to yishun to watch the NDP celebration at the heartlands... hmm... it was extremely crowded there... a lot of stuff goin on... but the only thing i was interested in was to watch my NDP parade... n the fireworks... so i juz found myself some spot at the centre of the field... n i literally stood there frm abt 6 plus to the end of the parade... luckily i had quite a gd view... the overall programme was quite ok... except for one thing... the organisers kept plantin programmes in the middle of the parade broadcast... n it proved extremely unpleasant for pple like me who wanted to juz watch the parade broadcast n nth else... for eg... i was intently watchin the broadcast on the mobile column... when suddenly it got "cut" n the MC came out to announce tt in order to "break the ice"... we will be havin a "laughin therapist" to teach us how to laugh... dotz... i mean... i dun mind havin extra programmes... but not in the middle of the parade... n after some "laughter"... they turned the camera back to the padang... where i was juz abt in time to c the last vehicles of the mobile column drive past... wah... not too bad neh... after much waitin n interruption to the broadcast... the fireworks started... hmm... not very spectacular ones... juz some small ones... wif a few gd ones like there was one which wld spiral up the sky b4 burstin out... made me tink of my nxt wish... after watchin the nite stars wif pl n low low the other time... i will want to watch fireworks wif special pple... haha... but in s'pore... fireworks dun last for long neh... :)... haha... yup... so tt's my day for me... sigh... tml will be another burned out day... SAF wants me to report to Sembawang Naval Base tml... n i hav to reach Admiralty MRT station at 7.30am... dotz... there goes my one day of rest... dun noe wad they r goin to do wif me there... hope tt its not goin to be smth too tough... or else mayb u all wont c me in sch on thurs liao... haha... i will be sick... :)... *choi*...
